Each Diversity Invitational event comprises a facilitated one-day or multi-day forum designed to create heightened awareness of a particular high-profile organization’s commitment to building, growing, and sustaining an inclusive environment—including inclusive senior and executive leadership.
Each event includes both structured and casual opportunities for the approximately 20 to 25 talented professionals (typically Director level and above) who have been invited and selected from outside of the sponsoring-employer organization to mix and mingle with each other, to hear from the company’s executive leaders, and to build direct new relationships with top-level leaders who can speak to the sponsoring company’s culture, needs, plans, and ambitions.
